EXPERIENCE: Beginning in 1986 as Construction Super, then model home sales and maintaining rental properties, I soon had to manage  properties needing eviction.

EVICTIONS: I first learned the eviction process during the mortgage crisis circa 2007-2009 when buying homes in foreclosure. Many of the properties had squatters and I had to learn the eviction process. Since then, I have managed hundreds of properties and evictions. 

SERVICES: I have years of experience in lease management, rent collections and negotiating with service techs to fix plumbing, appliance, AC repairs.  

If a tenant is not paying rent or is breaching other lease terms, we will need to give notices and if not corrected, file a complaint with the county clerk to initiate the eviction process.
