I was first licensed in Real Estate Sales in 1986, but it wasn't until the mortgage crisis circa 2008 -2010 when I co-owned and managed over 24 homes in foreclosure that I learned how the eviction process works. Over half of our properties had squatters who we had to evict pro-se and as property manager following the clerks' guidelines and Florida Statutes. And the rest is history.
